Q. What shipping methods do you offer?
A. We currently offer shipping with The U.S. Post Office and United Parcel Service (UPS). The preferred method at this time is UPS, since we can track the delivery of your order. As soon as we ship the item, we will email you this tracking number.
Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. Yes we do. For International Orders actual shipping charges will be applied at the time of shipment and may differ from the website shipping totals. We will contact you with the appropriate additional shipping fees for approval before shipping. It will be your responsibility to comply with all local customs and regulations.
Note: We are unable to ship to Yugoslavia and Hong Kong at this time.
Q. What are your shipping charges?
Regular ground shipping costs are based on order total and will be shown at the end of your order. The average base shipping price is less than $10. For expedited shipping options, these additional fees apply (does not include Saturday delivery):
* Next Business Day is available for $25.00 extra per package.
* 2 Day Shipping is available for $20.00 extra per package.
* 3 Day Select is avialable for $10.00 extra per package.
These fees exclude Alaska & Hawaii and International Orders.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. All in stock items normally begin shipping from our warehouse within 2-3 business days (depending on order volume that week) from the date of human reception of your order. Your order can be shipped to you via the method of your choice. Regular ground delivery takes 5 to 7 business days from the date it left our warehouse. International orders may take 2-4 weeks. We are unable to offer further expedited shipping at this time.
Q. What kind of return policy do you have?
A. You can return anything unused within 30 days for a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. However, refunds are subject to a restocking/processing fee of 20% of the original order. This covers the 15% fee we pay to our manufacturer when you return an item plus the 5% PayPal fee we paid to receive and return your payment. After 30 days we will repair or replace items that have manufacturing defects.
Before filling out your order form, you may call us (321-406-9247; Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm, EST) to verify that your item(s) are in stock. All order form progress will be saved if you keep the order form window open.
Q. What is a backorder?
A. A backorder is an item that is not in stock at the time at which the order is placed. The item is usually available within 30-45 days. You must call us to order any item which is listed as "Out of stock." We will notify you when the item is available, at which time you may place the order.
Backorders are generally not available for purchase via our website. However, our manufacturer occasionally runs out of stock before we have a chance to update our website accordingly. In this case, we will contact you as soon as we find out your item is back in stock. At that time, we will offer you the option of a refund, or you may wait for your item to arrive when it becomes available.
Q. What if I do not have a credit card?
A. You may mail a check or a Money Order drawn in U.S. funds with a print out of your order to our address. Make checks payable to Signet Studios. Personal checks are first verified with your bank for available funds. We cannot accept two-party or counter checks.
Q. What is your policy on returned ("bounced") checked?
A. If your check is returned due to insufficient funds, a $10 fee (or greater, based on the amount we are assessed by our bank) will be charged and we will expect an alternate means of payment within 30 days.
Q. Do you have a real world storefront?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Is there an age limit to order these items?
A. Yes. Warning: The products we sell at this site are dangerous and may cause injury if mishandled. Our weapons are not recommended for use by anyone under the age of 18. If you wish to purchase items and you are 17 or younger, please get your parent's permission to do so before making the final purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries resulting from underage orders or misuse of our products. While they can be very fun and enjoyable, they are not toys and should be treated with the healthy respect with which one would treat a firearm.
